Tim is, first and foremost, a father. He and his wife Jennifer have three kids and believe that family should always come first! Tim is an avid traditional bow hunter and loves Crossfit workouts. When you meet Tim on the street you quickly realize that he is the same person off the stage that he is while preaching. He's just a genuine guy! Tim truly has a heart to see the lost come to Christ and wants New Community Church to be a place where people can be themselves.

Josh leads us in worship on Sunday morning and has a hand in all things creative. He loves to write music, spend time with his wife Nicole, and play basketball.

Josh is passionate about bringing people in to the presence of God and loves to see people truly worshipping.

Ryan heads up the fun every Wednesday night in our youth ministry Collision. During his teen years he went through a lot of struggles which fuels his desire to connect with and invest in teens to see their lives changed. Ryan enjoys shooting and editing video and is NCC's full time video editor as well! When he's not at church he loves to play basketball and spend time with his wife Andrea and their son Triston.

L'Ray teaches the kids on Sunday morning and Wednesday night, coordinates all of our volunteer teachers, and makes sure your kids are having fun while they learn about their Father in Heaven. She and her husband Rustin have two young children that help her to keep focused on making our children's ministry as effective as possible. An interesting fact about L'Ray is, she loves to sing (but don't tell her I told you...).

If you're planning on calling the church, Janet will be the one picking up the phone. She makes sure that everything keeps moving and that the lights stay on. As the leader of the women's ministry she is an excellent leader and an infinite source of wisdom. She loves to travel to New Mexico with her husband Lynn and watch her grandkids compete in sporting events.

Keri heads up all things Connection Groups and would love to get you plugged in volunteering here at NCC!
