This form gives you the opportunity to provide us with some information about you and your family so that we can come alongside you to help you become part of the NCC family. If you're interested in being baptized, joining a Connect Group or a Volunteer team, have questions, or just simply need prayer, please fill out this form and we would love to connect with you to serve you however we can.

If you're new to NCC, we encourage you to attend the NCC First Steps Class which meets quarterly. The NCC First Steps Class is a chance for you to meet Pastor Simeon and Sonya Young and learn more about the heart and vision of New Community Church. This class meets during the 10:30 AM Service directly after worship. Whether you're new to NCC or you've been attending but haven't fully stepped into your role in the NCC family, we invite you to come learn how you can get connected and discover what God has for you at NCC!

Assessment

Many believers struggle with knowing what gifts they have and some may go their whole lives never learning what they may be missing. If you are fairly new in your faith or have never fully stepped into your gifting, we would encourage you to take the Spiritual Gifts Assessment below.
